Interactive Biofeedback
‘Interactive biofeedback’, ‘active biofeedback’, ‘non-invasive neuro-stimulation’ ‘bio modulation’ all refer to a small number of electrotherapy devices which deliver high amplitude, highly variable signals to the body via a built in electrode and are highly effective in reduction of pain and functional restoration.
The signal from the device prompts a response from the body, the device then picks up that body response and changes the next subsequent signal based on the body’s response. This continues while the device is in contact with the body, so effectively the device is working with the body.
