All orders require signature on delivery.  If you are not at home a card will be left at your delivery address and you will need to organise to collect it from your local post office.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be despatched the same day and should arrive to you the next day for express, or 2 – 3 business days for standard delivery if you are located in the metro areas within Australia.
Regional areas may take an extra 3 – 5 days.

We despatch orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and Australia Post only delivers Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been despatched we will email you with confirmation and a tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the Australia Post website  to track your item. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times please contact Australia Post and quote the tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control.  If you haven’t been home or you think your parcel is overdue we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be awaiting collection.  We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels.

Currently we do not ship internationally.  If you are ordering from overseas please email us on to arrange this.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason once you have placed it please email us on or call us on 0403 794 332 as soon as possible.

If your order has not been despatched we will cancel the order and arrange a refund by whichever way you originally made your payment.

If your order has already left us you will need to return it once you receive it.  Please refer to ‘Returns’ below if this is the case.


To return goods for any reason a Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from our office and clearly marked on the front of the return package.  You can email or phone to request the number.

Faulty goods must be reported to our office within 7 days of invoice receipt.  For goods that are deemed to be faulty, you will be sent a return postage label or a credit for the return postage amount will be applied to your account or deducted off your next order.

If a return is required for ‘change of mind’ or because a product is unsuitable tehn a Return Authorisation number must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact.

We cannot accept a return if any part is missing or damaged.  Credit will be given once items have been inspected.

If the goods are not in their original packaging or are damaged in any way we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the value of the goods.

Refunds or exchanges do not include return postage and handling, unless the goods are faulty upon arrival.
